Terms of Service

Effective Date 1st May 2025

Welcome to Maja Corak Holistic Healing! By booking an appointment or using my services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointment Policy

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance via my official booking system or by direct communication with me.
  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client.
  • A minimum of 24 hoursย notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session price.
  • No Shows will result in the forfeiture of your payment, and no refund will be given.
  • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these policies or who engages in inappropriate behaviour.

2. Payment & Refunds

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or prior to the session.
  • I accept cash, credit/debit cards or bank transfers.
  • Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.
  • If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hoursย notice, you may be eligible for a credit toward a future session.
  • In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions may be considered at my discretion.

3. Code of Conduct & Service Boundaries

  • I provide professional holistic healing services, including Tesla Healing, Sound Healing, Raynor Massage, and Yin Yoga.
  • Strictly no adult services are provided. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session with no refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Clients are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate conduct at all times.

4. Health & Well-Being Disclaimer

  • My holistic healing services are complementary and not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
  • If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant, please inform me prior to your session.
  • I do not diagnose, prescribe, or claim to cure any medical conditions. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns.

5. Changes to Terms of Service

  • I reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
  • Your continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

6. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
